Mark has consistently demonstrated a keen focus on steering ISN towards new and innovative horizons, embodying the organization's commitment to progress and forward-thinking. His pivotal role in spearheading various projects, including groundbreaking initiatives in corporate training and the crafting of policies and procedures for diverse sectors such as private enterprises, government agencies, and non-governmental organizations, has left an indelible mark on ISN's success.
With a distinguished career spanning over two decades, Mark has navigated challenging leadership roles, including his tenure with the Ontario Provincial Police. His final position before retirement in 2021 was Detective Inspector-Regional Criminal Operations Manager in the Northwest Region. Mark's academic foundation includes a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Lakehead University and an MBA with a specialization in Total Quality Management from Leicester University. These degrees have shaped his skillset, focusing on enhancing business efficiency and effectiveness, ultimately molding him into a fiscally responsible and visionary leader.
