Reanna is an Operations Coordinator at Investigations Solutions Network Inc. working out of our head office in Pickering, Ontario. Reanna joined ISN in May of 2021 as a Background Screening Analyst. She was quickly identified as a rockstar with a vast capacity and earned a promotion to Operations Coordinator in October 2022.
Today, Reanna plays a crucial role in the client experience, often being the initial contact and reliable resource for Investigative and Background Screening files. Reanna is responsible for coordinating investigations files from intake to invoicing as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Background Screening and Fingerprinting Department. Her close collaboration with the Director of Investigations and the Director of Operations underscores her importance in ensuring smooth operations within the company.
Reanna’s educational background in Criminology from the Ontario Tech University, coupled with her Private Investigator’s license, provides her with a strong foundation for her work at our company. Her commitment to continuous learning and skill development is evident in her willingness to lead, and her enthusiasm for the diverse challenges each day brings.
Reanna’s ultimate aspiration is to become a police officer, and after retirement, return to ISN as a seasoned investigator.
