Inside ISN: Sean Sparling

2023 brought some new changes to ISN with Sean Sparling assuming the role of CEO of Investigation Solutions Network (ISN). Prior to this Sean was the President-Director of Investigations-Northern Ontario.


In his role as President Sean led all operations for ISN across Northern Ontario. Sean has managed the more complex files and has taken on sensitive files on behalf of a variety of clients.


Sean has over thirty years of law enforcement that includes extensive major crime, human resources and executive leadership experience.


Sean is a retired Deputy Chief of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service. During his time in policing Sean oversaw all human resources operations, managed and adjudicated the internal disciplinary system, trained as a Police Services Act Hearings Officer, acted as a Critical Incident Commander and oversaw all operational aspects of the organization. Sean specialized in major crime investigations, computer forensics and a variety of other related investigative roles.


In his role as CEO Sean will be instrumental in continuing to developing an exemplary executive team as well as leading investigative specialists across the country.
